Day 2 – On the River & Exploring
- Ferry cruise departs 8:30 AM from Schlachte 1 in Bremen
- 3-hour trip to Bremerhaven
- Visit to the Klimahaus including lunch
- Return by ferry & onward train to Oldenburg
- Evening: Bar-hopping tour through Oldenburg

Day 3 – City, Countryside & Fun
- Start at 10:00 AM with a walking city tour of Oldenburg (in English)
- Afternoon: Traditional "Kohltour" with wagon, games, hearty food, schnapps & beer
- Evening: Relaxed meet-up at Oldenburg harbor with early arriving Tablers

Day 4 – AGM Warm-up
- Free time during the day
- Evening: Official Welcome Party kicking off the AGM
